Elloway Shipping Policy

We can’t wait to get your Elloway order to you.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During collection launches, live sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders below $100 will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays may be outside Elloway’s control. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
